Codex Reader (iOS)
The iOS app for reading your Codex library, online or offline.
Codex Reader is the native iOS companion to Codex. Connect it to your own server and your collection comes with you: shelved, in sync, and yours alone. There are no accounts, no tracking and no cloud but yours.
- Read anything: comics and manga in CBZ and CBR, EPUB ebooks with themes, fonts and justified text, and PDFs streamed page by page or rendered on the device.
- Made for reading: left-to-right, right-to-left, vertical and webtoon modes. Your position is remembered across devices.
- Offline: download books with rules and storage controls, and read them anywhere.
- Run your server from your phone: manage libraries, scans and jobs, and see reading stats that stay on your server.
A built-in sample library lets you try it before connecting a server.

Collections and read lists: the Actions menu on a series or book page now ticks the collections and read lists it is already in. Tap one to add or remove it. Holding a card in a grid opens the same checklist, which stays open while you make changes.
First release of Codex Reader, the iOS app for reading your Codex library, on the App Store.
